Booking, Payments & Clinic Policies

Welcome to Vogue Aesthetics.
To ensure a smooth, professional and respectful experience for all clients, please review the following terms and conditions prior to booking your appointment.

By confirming a booking with Vogue Aesthetics, you acknowledge and accept the policies outlined below.

Booking & Deposit Policy

All appointments require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your treatment total on the day of your appointment.

Deposit structure: (Your first 15 minute consultation is free)

  • Standard treatment appointments: $50 deposit

  • Appointments exceeding 90 minutes: $200 deposit

Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking confirmation. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your appointment may be released.

Deposits can be paid via credit/debit card or PayPal (PayPal account not required).

Your deposit will be:

  • Applied toward your treatment if you proceed

  • Retained for consultation-only appointments

  • Forfeited for late cancellations, reschedules or non-attendance

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.

  • Changes or cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice: deposit retained on file for future booking

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: deposit forfeited

  • No-shows: full deposit forfeited and new deposit required to rebook

This policy allows us to offer appointment times to other clients and maintain fairness across our schedule.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled at the discretion of our team. In these cases, your deposit may be forfeited to cover the reserved treatment time.

Consultations & Reviews

All treatments begin with a comprehensive consultation to assess suitability and discuss your goals.

First consultations are complimentary and approximately 15 minutes.

Review appointments are available within appropriate clinical timeframes and will be discussed with you during your visit.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required on the day of treatment.
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit card

  • Cash

  • Bank transfer

  • Afterpay

  • ZipPay

Some payment methods may incur processing fees. Pre-payment may be required for selected services.

Treatment Suitability & Medical Considerations

All treatments are subject to professional assessment and suitability determination by our Registered Nurse.

For safety reasons:

  • Treatment is not available for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • If you are scheduled to fly within 5 days of your appointment, treatment may not proceed

  • Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions, medications or upcoming travel prior to your appointment

Failure to disclose relevant information that prevents treatment proceeding may result in deposit forfeiture.

Due to the clinical nature of aesthetic treatments, individual results vary. No guarantees can be made regarding outcomes.

Refunds are provided only where required under Australian Consumer Law. Prescription-only products and medications are non-refundable.

All services are restricted to persons 18 years and over.

Appointment Experience

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for consultation and preparation.

While we always aim to run on schedule, treatment times can occasionally vary. We appreciate your patience and understanding if minor delays occur.

Gift Vouchers

Vogue Aesthetics gift vouchers:

  • Valid for 12 months from date of purchase

  • Redeemable on treatments and products

  • Transferable but non-refundable

  • Not redeemable for cash

  • Must be presented at time of appointment

Photography & Privacy

Clinical photography may be taken for medical records and treatment planning purposes.

Your privacy is respected at all times. Images will never be used for marketing or social media without your separate written consent.

All personal information is handled in accordance with Australian privacy legislation.

General

Vogue Aesthetics reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
