Refund policy

Refund Policy

At Vogue Aesthetics, we are committed to providing professional, high-quality service and personalised care. Due to the clinical and customised nature of aesthetic treatments, the following refund policy applies.

Treatment Outcomes
All treatments are performed following a thorough consultation and suitability assessment by our Registered Nurse. As individual results can vary based on factors such as skin type, lifestyle and biological response, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with aesthetic results.

Services & Treatments
Once a treatment has been performed, it is considered a completed service and is non-refundable. If you have any concerns following your treatment, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can arrange a review and provide appropriate support where clinically suitable.

Deposits
All booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, including for change of mind, late cancellations or non-attendance. Deposits may only be transferred where sufficient notice is provided in line with our cancellation policy.

Products & Prescription Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used products. Prescription-only medications and treatment-related products are strictly non-refundable.

Prepaid Treatments & Packages
Prepaid services and treatment packages are non-refundable once commenced. Any unused portion may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law
Refunds or remedies will be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law. If you believe you are entitled to a remedy, please contact our clinic directly so we can assess and assist appropriately.

For any questions regarding this policy or your treatment, please contact Vogue Aesthetics directly. We are always here to help and ensure you feel supported throughout your experience.
